          ヒール＆トウのやりかた
          １）ブレーキを踏む
          ２）クラッチを切る
          ３）シフトダウンしなから、
          　　アクセルをぶかす
          ４）クラッチをつなぐ

          インテ君と共に歩み続けて早1年・・・いろんな所へ出かけ楽しく過ごしてきましたが、事情により手放すこと となりました。(T0T)
          人生で初めて走る楽しさを教えてくれた「インテグラ TYPE R」・・・初めて走った時は何もかも衝撃的でした。今でも走る楽しさは変わらないですが。。。残念です。今 まで本当に感動をありがとう！

            best time is a 1:44.1 with a passenger at the last Honda Sports car club meet. The car is probly capable of a mid 1:43 as is. Hopefully ill get an LSD soon so i can get better traction on corner exit.

              seems like its getting hard to shotten the gap between us....still got 3-4 sec to chase....lol.......I'll ask you for some tips next time....see whether I can break another sec of my pb.....

                If you are not using semi slicks, you should get some.

                I just worked out how to take half a second to a second off my lap time by watching the videos, I will give it a try in 2 years time.
