Hmm regarding the recurring phantom members attending meets, would it be hard to have the location withheld for the meets except for members who list their names on the roll??

I don't this phantom members are the issue it's the type of phantoms they are. Having closed meets is tricky as people will bring friends.

We could always tell em to Fk off, contact, the authorities and explain the situation or such but yeah it's a little tricky to avoid.
