    JDM DC2 Type R 98 Spec - Daily/Track Attack/Garage Queen

    JDM DC2 Integra Type R 98 Spec
    Championship White

Purchased this in July 2014 with the idea of using this as a daily so I keep the K's down on my Golf MK5 R32. Always wanted a 98 Spec Type R, anyways, I started tinkering away as you do, and started cleaning the car like a mad man. Pulled all the trims back and cleaned everywhere; literally. Then came the problems, RUST, LEAKS from the tailights (common I know) and a randomly bent front left suspension arm which left it with a permanent 3 degrees of camber on the front left whilst all the otherside has 1.5 degrees camber. So the issues with the car started to mount up which in turn made me have buyers remorse! So then came the bright idea to turn return this to its former glory with a bit of flare. Decided to continue on the path of building a daily driven / track attack car / garage queen. So far this is what I've done! I'll make sure to keep it updated as the progress comes along

Been a little while since I did an update

Nothing much really been happening, a few changes to interior
Bride Zeta 3 Sparkle Back Bucket Seat
        Takata 6PT Harness
        Went from Rega's to RG's to TE37's!
And some carbon bits have made their way onto the car finally!

Looks great! I just found this thread lol

If the front LCA is bent, you could try changing the LCA or alternatively to fix the problem just change the entire steering rack + front subframe. I had the same issue with my old EG and it fixed the problem by swapping out the entire thing.

Have you still got the Regamasters?

Thanks for the heads up. We ended up fitting adjustable front camber arms to help sort that camber issue. In the end I've got it set up for track attack so it's running close to 3.2degrees all around.

Nah didn't end up keeping the regas. Sold them on for the Advan RG's with cash my way. Then sold the RG's yesterday and just left with the TE37s now!
