All that and not a picture of the re-assembled car? Good work apart from that oversight guy, looking forward to seeing this on track in a couple of weeks. Also given that it's your first time out in an AP1 with non-staggered wheels and tyres maybe a little toe in at the rear wouldn't hurt .
Thanks ChargeR, I'm definitely getting some rear toe in now. Seeing as how twitchy the rear of the s2000 can be.

cant wait to see what it looks like withthe rpf1s on. ive always loved those rims (had a set on my old car)
Yep I agree, not sure how snappy the oversteer will be. But I'll find out very soon at the upcoming track day. Definitely getting some rear toe in now. Not sure about the front sway bar yet, I'll see how it handles first on track to decide what I want or need on the car.

Sorry Shak, I didn't take many photos of the guard roll. And my guard rolling skills are terrible and you do not want to see it anyways, haha.

Thanks Napo, but I didn't exactly use a mallet, haha.

Here are some pictures of the car in its current form. Track prep is all done, all it needs is the wheel alignment and I'm all good to go. Flared front guards has a lot of clearance, I am able to tuck a 255/40 tyre relatively easy and that's with minimal camber. Once it has camber it'd be pretty safe I think. Very happy with this setup and can't wait to see how it goes on the track this upcoming weekend.

Yeah very true man. The way it handles currently may suit you and you prefer the car to be set up that way

Those rpf1s!!! Hnnng! Love the fitment! I'll be running similar spec wheels but lower offset and 245s so it gives me an indication of guard clearances etc

Current Setup for Track day #1 and #2

I would've scanned the alignment spec sheet but my scanner isn't working so I'll just manually document it.

                      Front
                      Left camber: -2.7 --------- Right camber -2.6
                      Left caster: 6.6 ------------ Right Caster: 6.4
                      Left Toe:-1.4mm----------- Right Toe -1.4mm

                      Rear
Left camber: -2.5------------- Right camber: -2.2
                      Left toe 1.4mm -------------- Right Toe 1.4mm

Initially I wanted max camber in rear the which can be up to -3.5 to help reduce the oversteer but the wheel alignment guy convinced me otherwise that with this alignment I can potentially go faster.

A bit of toe in in the rear to help with the tail happy rear end of the S2000.

Toe out at the front to help with the initial turn in.

Max caster to increase stability and more of it is always awesome in my mind.

                      Current Setup:

                      - 17x9+45 RPF1 with non staggered 255/40 Nitto NT-05.

                      - K&n short ram intake.

                      Misc:
                      - 330mm Personal Grinta steering wheel with HKB boss kit.

                      - GC lock from the retired track day warrior. (poor mans harness)

                      Fluids:
                      - ATE Super blue racing brake fluid from Autosphere (Boiling point minimum: 536 degrees F, Wet boiling point minimum: 388 degrees F) (replaced at 115km)

                      - Castrol Edge 5w40 (replaced at 115km)
                      - OEM diff fluid
                      - OEM gearbox fluid.

                      Brakes
                      - Project MU HC+ brake pads. (replaced at 115km)

                      Material Super graphite metallic
                      Applicable Rotor Temperature 0~800℃
                      Friction Coefficient 0.43~0.58μ
