    Car: DC5S
    KM of Engine: 50k+
    Mods list:
    Toda pistons
    Toda valve springs
    Spoon cams
    70mm TB
random pod filter "Don't ask, i didn't put it there"
    RRC IM
    Spoon exhaust system
    Haltech ECU
    Place of dyno: Hitman
Dyno sheet or kW atw: 155kw atw

This engine is too "soft" for what i need now. I just sourced a Mugen k20 engine for half the price i got my old engine built for. If I'd known how much i'd spend for what i got in Australia, i would have built my car in Malaysia.

So if the toda headers are for the dc5 wouldnt that mean its for the k20? Sorry about the questions. I'm looking into building a k24 turbo dc5

Hau- it'll fit just fine. The exhaust/header hanger on the subframe wont be able to be used with the k24. If you have stiffer engine mounts then it won't be much of a problem.

Intake and exhaust ports for the K20 and K24 are the same.

Thats why the RBC, RRC, PRC etc are all interchangeable between the K20 and K24.

Also if you are going to turbo a K24, you won't be running headers anyway.

Ive got a hardrace engine mount to be installed. So that means i can use a k20 header on the k24 right? Sorry im not very good with mechanical jargon

Yes k20 header fits k24 head.

Nothings wrong with your car mate. Its varies from dyno to dyno. I think adrians dynos are very accurate. Had a look on club rsx. Stock dc5r put out about 110-115kw. Dont quote me on these figures though as i dont know myself.
