              Maybe too wide for rim?
You could of have had too much radial roll (side wall flex)

Yeah, so I'm on 215/45/17 now.

Definately would of experienced alot of side wall flex.

I was running 235/45/17 on a 7.5" and it felt sponge. But on the last session I was running higher psi then normal (not intentional as I only archived this through back to back sessions) and it felt so much better.

What psi were you running through the day?

Hot? If so that is very much on the low side for street tyres. You will probably enjoy your new narrower tyres a lot more in any case .

Thanks Tom! Had it on around that for the day, usually I run 34 for daily. The new tyres do feel a lot better though. Itching to get back out there already.

                          Bad News

Went to head into uni this morning and noticed something was odd...low and behold my car has been badged. Got rid of all the glue but left with scratches on my boot.

How did you get rid of the glue?

My rear "H" badge got stripped off a couple of weeks ago

Used some hot water over it (you can use a hairdryer) to soften it up then sprayed it with prepsol / "wax and grease remover" (from supercheap) and then just used an old cloth
to keep rubbing it away but by bit. The larger chunks I just ripped off with my fingers.

Just a bit of bling installed to distract me from exams.

Also shaved of my Integra. Can't afford another Type R at the moment (other priorities) so just went for the cleaner look. Still have scratches there though where the Type R used to be.
